Plant Mind - Spring Cleaning

Join us at the Anima Mundi Brooklyn Apothecary on Tuesday March 25th at 7pm for a 90-Minute Guided Experience for Renewal & Transition

As winter gives way to spring, this intimate session offers a space for reflection, renewal, and intention-setting. Through a guided meditation, a pre-made detox herbal tea, and creative exercises, participants will release stagnant energy from winter and embrace the fresh possibilities of spring. The session concludes with the creation of a personal herbal sachet or bouquet, symbolizing their transition into the new season.

Evening flow:

  • Opening & Grounding: reflections and sharing

  • Herbal Tea Ceremony & Sensory Meditation 

  • Guided visualization: Visioning for Spring: Planting New Intentions

  • Crafting a Herbal Bouquet 

  • Journaling or sketching exercise: Closing & Gratitude

Join us on a limited time series of community meditation classes where we will be introduced to different meditation techniques rooted in loving-kindness. Tara Rook, meditation teacher, buddhist and yoga practitioner, will guide students through dharma teachings, mindful practices and community discussion to create a container of peace for all.
